Can you match my existing tool's battery interface?
Yes — we reverse-engineer the slide/latch and terminal layout, or work from your CAD/sample to produce a drop-in compatible pack.
What MOQ applies for a custom housing?
Tooling-free assembly starts at low volumes; custom-molded housings become economical from ~1,000 units. We quote both routes.
Do packs ship with the BMS pre-configured?
Every pack ships with a calibrated BMS — protection thresholds, fuel-gauge and optional cell-balancing tuned to your discharge profile.
Which certifications are included?
UN38.3 transport, CE and RoHS as standard, with MSDS provided. Additional marks (UL, KC) on request.
